Real Estate Market Report - Fresno 93720, February 2018

Inventory has dropped  5 consecutive months in a row 93720. There was also an increase in homes sold from January to February, making demand much higher than supply, which is favorable for sellers. Price per sq. ft' also went up from January to February, and homes are selling in 35 days on average for 98% of their list price. Sellers, this is the ideal market that you want to sell your home in and you should expect multiple offers due to the lack of inventory. For buyers, move quickly and be prepared to offer at or above list price, because you may be up against several other offers.
