Real Estate Market Report - Clovis 93619, February 2018

The amount of homes for sale has climbed for the 3rd consecutive month, but we are still in a seller's market. The price per square ft' went up from $179 to $195 a sq ft'. Average days on market dropped from 47 to 41, and homes did sell at 98% of their respective list price. If you are thinking of selling, now is the perfect time. Selling season is just around the corner, which also means that there will be more competition. On the flip side, (buyers) now is also the time to buy, as selling season means that the prices will continue to rise.
