Real Estate Market Report - Fresno 93730 Feb 2018

Inventory is extremely low in 93730, yet continues to drop even lower in favor of seller's. Price per sq ft' dropped from $246 a sq ft' to $240 a sq ft' however, should climb steadily heading into spring. This is a highly desired neighborhood and most expensive zip code in Fresno County. Days on market is longer than most in Fresno/Clovis, but homes are selling consistenly at 96% of their list price. One reason for delays, may be the availability or lack of qualified buyers at this particular price point. However, as a seller this the ideal market to sell your home in. Buyers, move fast, and be prepared to offer at or close to list price, maybe above ask price to get your offer accepted.
