Real Estate Market Report - Fresno 93720, March 2018

The number of homes for sale was up slightly in March. However, there is still an inventory shortage that gives seller's an advantage. Escrows closed on average in 32 days in March, while seller's are getting on average 98% of their list price. We are currently in a Seller's Market in 93720.
