Real Estate Market Report - Fresno 93730, March 2018

The number of sales jumped from 14 in February to 26 in March. Although that was the most amount of (monthly) sales in the past 6 months, there is still a limited amount of inventory. The Average Price per square foot dropped over $15 a square foot in March, but it is still 3.3% above the price per sq ft' in March of 2017. Average Days on Market dropped slightly to 51 days, seller's are currently getting 94% of their list price. 93730 is the most expensive zip code in Fresno County with an average sales price of $601,000. With that being said, there is a smaller buying pool to accomadate this area. I expect prices to slowly rise heading into selling season.
