Real Estate Market Report - Clovis 93619, March 2018

Inventory & Homes Sold increased evenly in March. Average Price Per Square Foot dropped to $190 from $195 in February, Average Days On Market dropped to 36 from 42, and Seller's are getting 98% of their original ist price. This market is a Strong Seller's Market and you can expect prices to gradually increase heading into selling season. Buyers should expect plenty of competition and may end up in multiple bidding wars! Expect to offer over list price to get your offer accepted.
